Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Ehlers - Technical Computer Science (Bachelor)

My name is Rüdiger Ehlers and I am the program advisor for technical computer science. Those students who study for a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science with a focus on technical computer science will normally get to know me in the lecture "Embedded Systems Engineering I" in their fifth semester.

As a program advisor, I do my best to support you with the choice of your course of study and choosing suitable lectures, courses, and seminars while studying for your B.Sc. degree. I joined TU Clausthal as a professor for embedded systems in May 2019 and was a junior research group leader at the University of Bremen before that. In my research, I work of methods to build embedded systems that are correct-by-construction, with a particular focus on systems that include one or more machine-learned components. As usual at a university, this research focus can also be found in the courses that my team and I conduct.
