APO, AFB and module handbook
Impotant! From the winter semester 2020 / 2021, new implementation regulations (short: AFB) will apply to first-semester computer science students. Please note that the old AFBs are still linked on the pages of the study programs, but they are not valid for you.
The General Exam Regulations (Allgemeine Prüfungsordnung, APO), the Implementation Rules (Ausführungsbestimmungen, AFB), the Elective catalogue and the Module manual determine the course of your studies. They state requirements for your exams and specify the mandatory and mandatory elective courses you need to take.
These four documents are therefore very important for your studies.
We have put together two small guides for you on how to read these documents and where to find the relevant information:
Here you can find the General Examination Regulations (Allgemeine Prüfungsordnung, APO) of TU Clausthal
The implementary regulations (AFB), compulsory elective catalogues and module manuals for the respective courses can be found here:
- Digital Technologies
- Computer Science / Business Information Systems / Technical Computer Science
- Industrial / Applied Mathematics
You can also find the implementation regulations for all programs in the administration manual.
