First Contact
We want the Welcome Week to take place partly online and partly offline.
To be able to plan well we need the following data from you:
- Name and e-mail to contact you if necessary
- Mobile phone number if you want to join the WhatsApp group
- In which degree program you are in
- From when you are in Germany and in Clausthal to know when you can participate in offline events (this concerns both your physical presence and compliance with corona rules). If you don't know the exact dates yet, give an approximate date. If you do not know an approximate date, leave the field blank. The more precise your information here is, the better we can plan.
- Whether you feel that you belong to a Covid-19 risk group in order to be able to take this into account if necessary at offline meetings
- Whether you would like to participate in the Welcome Week so that we can plan
